"Houston, we have a drinking problem..."

Space Oddities lifts off at the American Theatre for Actors in New York this February 13th. Neither NASA nor Valentine’s Day will ever be the same. Joe Jung of Project:Theatre directs Brian Frank, Andrew McLeod, and Jenny Schutzman in this short award-winning comedy by Ignacio Zulueta.

In the wake of media scandals at NASA, two over-ambitious astronauts hatch a harebrained plot to jump through the ranks and reach for the stars.

One of three audience choice winners at the 2008 Snowdance Comedy Festival in Wisconsin, Space Oddities was chosen from hundreds of plays across the country to appear at the Riant Theatre’s 2010 Strawberry One-Act Festival, now in its 16th season.

Audiences and Riant theatre judges will cast their votes to select the best play of the season in forty plays competing in a two week elimination contest.

Be in the audience and make a difference - your votes and your laughter can boost Space Oddities into orbit!

See the show this February 13 at 5:00 p.m. sharp, at the American Theatre of Actors 314 West 54th Street, 2nd floor. Tickets are $22.00 online and $25.00 at the Box Office.

The American is Dreaming at Teatro del Pueblo!

Immigration forms inspire improvisational outtakes in the American Is Dreaming, debuting in Minnesota this February at TEATRO DEL PEUBLO'S 9th ANNUAL POLITICAL THEATRE FESTIVAL.

Teatro del Pueblo once again joins forces with Intermedia Arts, the University of Minnesota and the Resource Center of the Americas to bring Minnesota the brightest and best Political Theatre Festival yet! This year includes new plays from around the world, an all new interactive theatre piece exploring BORDERS AND CROSSINGS.

What better choice than a performance piece for 1 Actor, 5-15 audience volunteers, INS-Form N400, and 3 lines of red tape?
