Back at the O’Neill in May 2011!

I just heard that the 2011 Eugene O'Neill Foundation's Playwrights Theatre will feature LONG ELECTION DAY'S JOURNEY INTO PARADE NIGHT at Tao House in Danville May of 2011.

This play was developed for Playground-SF last November in conjunction with the O'Neill Foundation, and its performance marks the culmination of a fascinating process that began with a tour of Tao House in Danville as inspiration.

The performance will be inside the woodpecker-stippled period barn on Tao House property, which should be a lovely refuge from the warm Danville summer.

Let's get meta:

My play about politics is playing at a political event for the new vice-mayor of Alameda Rob Bonta.

LONG ELECTION DAY'S JOURNEY INTO PARADE NIGHT, (also at the O'Neill Foundation in May) featuring Rinabeth Apostol, Jomar Tagatac, and Lowell Abellon.
