Zulueta at the O'Neill Foundation!

My trip to New York was punctuated by exciting news from the pacific time zone!

The 2010 Eugene O'Neill Foundation's Spring Playwrights Theatre will feature BETWEEN THE LINES, a brief biographical dissection of Eugene's O'Neill's third marriage (as seen from the perspective of his second).

This play was developed for Playground-SF last November in conjunction with the O'Neill Foundation, and its performance marks the culmination of a fascinating process that began with a tour of Tao House in Danville as inspiration.

Long odds for Space Oddities?

As I mentioned last week, Space Oddities was chosen from hundreds of plays across the country to appear at the Riant Theatre’s 2010 Strawberry One-Act Festival, now in its 16th season.

We open in 6 days, and tickets are going fast! See the show this February 13 at 5:00 p.m. sharp, at the American Theatre of Actors at 314 West 54th Street, 2nd floor.

Audiences and Riant theatre judges will cast their votes to select the best play of the season when 24 plays competing in a two week elimination contest.

As one of three audience choice winners at the 2008 Snowdance Comedy Festival in Wisconsin, I put decent odds on Space Oddities fighting its way through the finals.

But you can make a difference. Your attendance, your laughter, and your votes can boost Space Oddities into orbit!

Tickets are $22.00 online and $25.00 at the Box Office.

Thanks!
